Job summary

Hospice of Central PA is seeking a CNA for home hospice care on a per diem basis. The role provides personal care services to patients in their homes as part of the hospice team and supports quality end-of-life care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Nurse’s Aide certification, healthcare experience in the last 24 months, and reliable transportation. Orientation is 4–5 weeks of full-time day shifts, with a benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Nurse’s Aide certification required with experience in healthcare within the past 24 months preferred. Must be able to complete 4–5 weeks of a full‑time day‑shift orientation. Must have reliable transportation.
