Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to join our caring team in North Georgia. You will follow personalized care plans, report to the RN Case Manager, and work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team to meet patient needs with dignity and respect.
Ideal candidates hold a Georgia CNA license, CPR/First Aid certification, and 1-2 years hospice or related care experience, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

As a Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are one of the most vital components of the Interdisciplinary Team! You are the heart, the eyes, and the key communicator of your patient’s needs. Your role is to follow a carefully planned out, personalized Care Plan for each patient you are assigned and to report and work closely with the RN Case Manager to ensure the care of the patient is completed and expectations exceeded. You will effectively interact with all members of the Interdisciplinary Team as well as with your patients and their loved ones while maintaining the highest standards of care and professional nursing clinical competency.
