Job summary

Spirit Hospice of Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our locally owned care team. You will provide dignified patient care as part of an interdisciplinary group and follow a patient care plan under the RN Case Manager, ensuring comfort and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• Georgia CNA certification is required.

Description:

As a Hospice Aide, you are one of the most vital pieces of the interdisciplinary team. You are the boots on the ground and the main communicator of your patient’s needs. Our CNA's role is to follow a thought-out care plan for each patient, and to be the right hand of the RN Case Manager; ensuring the best care for the patient is achieved.

Position Requirements:

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most
