Family and Friends Homecare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, person-centered home care in clients' homes in Colorado. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, dignity, and safety for clients, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes ADLs, mobility assistance, documentation, and adherence to care plans, with opportunities for ongoing training and development and a supportive team

Formación

• Active CNA certification in Colorado.
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers using proper techniques.
• Knowledge of Hoyer lift and slide board.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and agency policies.
