Interim HealthCare is hiring Home Health CNAs to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and reliable daily support, with flexible assignments that fit individual needs.

Qualificações

• Must have CNA certification in Michigan and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates compassionate caregiving and strong communication.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe environment and unobstructed pathways while providing care.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, nails, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Follow the assignment sheet and perform only assigned tasks.
• Recognize, report and document changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
