PRN Home Care is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team, delivering high-quality care to our residents with a focus on dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in Virginia (Commonwealth) is required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living is preferred.
• Understanding of geriatric care, aging, and strong communication skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents.
• Support residents with daily routines and mobility; maintain safety and dignity.
• Work with a team to ensure personalized, compassionate care, with flexible scheduling options.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment and follow company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care, the aging process, and strong communication skills
