Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Virginia
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care and aging process
• Strong communication skills and passion for customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support residents with daily routines and mobility
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility supports
• Collaborate with team for personalized resident care and safety

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care, the aging process, and strong communication skills
• A passion for excellent customer service and genuine compassion for others
