KalCare Health Care in Metro Atlanta is seeking a dependable Full-Time Floater (On-Call) Caregiver to join our growing team. You will cover open shifts and support multiple clients, ensuring continuity of high-quality care.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and compassionate service. Typical shifts run 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage; travel between clients is expected, and caregivers maintain documentation and follow client care plans.

Position Overview

KalCare Health Care is seeking a dependable, flexible, and compassionate Full-Time Floater (On-Call) Caregiver to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring continuity of care by providing coverage for open shifts and supporting multiple clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill open shifts and provide coverage as assigned
• Deliver care to multiple clients (no more than 2 per day)
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, and client support
• Maintain accurate documentation in AxisCare
• Report to assigned clients within 1 hour of notification
• Provide consistent, high-quality care across varying client needs

Schedule & Availability Requirements

Monday–Friday availability during operational care hours | 9am-5p - some weekends required

Must be available by phone and actively monitor Scheduling system

Ability to work up to 8 hours per day

Qualifications
