Job summary

MediLodge of Midland is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Starting wages range from $24.40 to $27.90 per hour, with flexible pay options including daily, weekly, or bi-weekly through UKG Wallet.

Newly certified or experienced CNAs will find opportunities for growth, teamwork, and patient-centered care in Michigan's largest provider of long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents and families
• Compassionate patient care and observation skills
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
• Team collaboration with care staff and nurses

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and assist residents with daily living activities
• Provide grooming, hygiene, feeding and mobility support
• Assist with ROM exercises and transfers
• Monitor vitals and documentation as directed
• Support care team to ensure resident comfort and safety
