MediLodge of Farmington is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our resident-focused team. Starting wages are competitive at $22.90 per hour, with a Michigan Direct Care Incentive of $3.40/hr. Qualifications

• CNA certification required or pending in state of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities and maintain dignity.

Responsabilités

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
• Assist residents with range of motion exercises and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed and assist with ambulation.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and intake/output.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
