SYNERGY HomeCare in Mansfield, MA is urgently hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to support clients in their homes. We offer flexible full-time and part-time roles with 20+ hours per week, weekly pay, and opportunities for first or second shifts.

As a caregiver you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans. Reliable, compassionate individuals with active CNA/HHA/PCA certification are encouraged to apply; vaccination records

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities
