Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Mansfield, MA is urgently seeking CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to support clients with personal care and daily living activities. Roles offer full-time or part-time schedules, with first and second shifts, in-home settings and consistent weekly pay.

Caregivers provide mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow individualized care plans. Vaccination records are preferred and reliable, compassionate individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care independently in a home setting.
• Reliable and able to maintain scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide support with walking, mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Build positive relationships through companionship and conversation.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report any changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the appropriate team members.
