Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Norwell, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in‑home care that supports clients with daily living activities.

You will assist with personal care, mobility and positioning, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following individual care plans, with flexible shifts including first/second, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled.
