Job summary

NurseCore of Santa Barbara is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) to provide in-home care in Ventura and surrounding areas. Flexible shifts, weekends, and daily/weekly pay options support a work-life balance for caregivers.

Pay rate is $23–$24 per hour with a $300 sign-on bonus for new hires. Health, dental, and life insurance are available, with 24/7 staff support and home care or facility shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA license required.
• PCA certification accepted where applicable.
• CPR certification is required.
• TB test or chest x-ray within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs and personal care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Support clients with special needs and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Communicate with supervising nurse and care team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Support clients with special needs

• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

• Communicate with the supervising nurse and care team

Requirements:

• Active California CNA license, PCA Certification

• 1 year of Home Healthexperience

• Current CPR certification

• TB test or chest x-ray (within the past 12 months)

• Physical exam (within the past 12 months)

• Experience with special needs clients required

• Weekend availability a plus
