Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate CNAs or HHAs to provide in-home care in the Norwood area, helping clients with daily living activities, medication reminders, and companionship. A valid CNA/HHA or caregiving background is required, with English proficiency and reliable transportation.

The role supports flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the team. You will work under an RN Supervisor, ensuring patient-centered care and adherence to care plans while building

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; your support helps our clients maintain dignity and comfort.
• Assist with Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise or Walking.
• Prepare and serve meals so clients have tasty and healthy food.
• Medication reminders are crucial to our client’s health – we will train you.
• Provide companionship, engage in fun activities and be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighter.
• Show enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes.
• Occasional Transportation of your client – appointments or errands, we reimburse your miles.
• Demonstrate dedication to our clients and respect for our agency’s close-knit team.

Requirements
