Qualifications

• Able to commit to scheduled shifts and provide dependable care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' needs or condition to the care team.
