Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA to provide at-home care and support with daily living activities. Earn $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay, and choose from full-time or part-time schedules, including first and second shifts on weekdays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Prior caregiving/home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
