Synergy HomeCare in Plainville, MA is hiring compassionate CNAs, HHAs and PCAs to assist clients at home with daily living, mobility and personal care.

We offer $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay, 20+ hours per week, and both full-time and part-time roles across first and second shifts. Flexible scheduling supports a healthy work-life balance while delivering meaningful in-home care.

Competenze

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.
• Comfortable working in clients' homes.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide mobility, walking, and transfer assistance
• Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
