Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is urgently seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to care for clients in the Canton, Foxborough, Sharon and Easton areas of Massachusetts. This role requires compassion and a commitment to high-quality home health care.

We offer weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment with resources like scholarship programs and a Nurse Residency Program. Travel to nearby communities is common, with 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience OR
• Current HHA or CNA license

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Education

Minimum one year work experience OR

Current HHA or CNA license
