Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Attleboro, MA to provide in-home care with daily living support. Immediate openings, flexible scheduling, and first/second shift options are available.

Caregivers assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, while following each client’s care plan. Prior caregiving experience and active certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to work longer shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines.
