SYNERGY HomeCare in Wareham, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care for full-time, long-hour shifts. We offer $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, first and second shifts, and opportunities on weekdays and weekends.

Formación

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to commit to full-time, long-hour shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines
• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
