Ovation Home Care, LLC is seeking a CNA or Home Health Aide to join our roster as we grow. You will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by assisting with personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and errands.

Shifts may be from 4 hours to 12 hours or more with flexible scheduling. We offer a competitive salary, 401(k) matching, signing bonus, PTO, bonuses, training & development, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar role is mandatory.
• CPR certification is a must.
• Reliable transportation to client locations in the Ocala area is a must.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical, motivated to serve.
• Ability to pass AHCA background screening.
