Job summary

Ovation Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA or Home Health Aide to join our team in the Ocala area. You will support seniors and individuals with disabilities with daily activities, personal care, and companionship to improve their quality of life.

Shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. We offer benefits including a 401(k) match, signing bonus, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• CNA or Home Health Aide experience is mandatory.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to Ocala area.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and errands.
