Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily personal care.
• Record vital signs and carry out nurse-delegated tasks as directed by the care team.
• Operate mechanical lifts safely to support resident mobility and transfers.
• Support residents' independence by offering choices and encouraging self-help skills.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team using accurate medical terminology.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow the community's care and safety protocols.
