Interim HealthCare Staffing in Hibbing, MN seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care across nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. You’ll support daily activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with nurses to promote resident well‑being.

We offer competitive pay ($26.25‑$28.25/hr), full‑time salary potential up to $58,760/year, weekly pay, bonuses, hazard pay opportunities, paid time off, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA certification.
• Six or more months of experience in a nursing facility preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility.
• Monitor vital signs, glucose, intake/output and document accurately.
• Work with nurses and healthcare professionals to support resident well‑being.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report promptly.
