Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our Lake Worth, Florida team. You will perform essential personal care, assist with daily activities, and accompany patients to appointments in a home-care setting.

Requirements include a CNA license or HHA certificate with a Palm Beach badge, valid driver's license, and in-person CPR. A Level 2 background check, TB test, and a recommendation letter complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license or HHA certificate with Palm Beach County badge.
• Valid driver license or state ID and second form of ID.
• CPR certification (in-person) and Level 2 background check.
• TB test or chest X-ray and CEUs for Alzheimer's, HIV, medications.
• One letter of recommendation from a previous employer or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities including hygiene, ambulation, dressing, and meals.
• Accompany patient to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
• Handle light housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, dishes, bed linens.
• Provide hospice support, medication reminders, and range-of-motion assistance.
• Use lifting equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lifts) as required.
