Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. We provide care to clients in the Palm Beach area, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. A Level 2 background screening is required, along with a CNA license or HHA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient-specific activities including medication reminders, exercises, incontinence care, and lifting assistance.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
  
  • Personal Hygiene
• • Ambulation/Transfers
• • Dressing/Shaving
• • Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• • Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Providing hospice supportive care
  
  • Medication reminders
• • Assisting with exercises

• • Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate (HHAs - Must have badge from Palm Beach County - no exceptions!)
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance

• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
