Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach is hiring compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care in Lake Worth, Florida. You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and accompany clients to medical appointments, while maintaining a safe, respectful living environment.

Flexible scheduling, paid training, travel time between clients, overtime and holiday pay are provided to support a stable caregiving role with opportunities for growth and reliable hours.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID required.
• Level 2 Background check through Palm Beach Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living support (e.g., hygiene).
• Assist with ambulation/transfers and dressing/shaving.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany patient to errands or medical appointments.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: cleaning, laundry, dishes, and linen changes.
• Provide hospice supportive care and medication reminders.
• Assist with exercises; support with incontinence care.
• Use gait belts and lifting equipment as needed.
