Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to support clients in Lake Worth, Florida. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and accompany clients to appointments in a home-care setting.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, overtime and holiday pay, direct deposit, and employee referral bonuses. A valid CNA or HHA certification and background screening are required to join our caring team.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State ID.
• TB test or Chest X-ray completed.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check.
• CPR certification (in-person).
• 1 letter of recommendation (optional).

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist the patient with activities of daily living.
• Ambulation/Transfers and grooming assistance.
• Prepares meals and snacks per instructions.
• Light housekeeping at the client’s home.
• Provide companionship and hospice supportive care.
• Medication reminders and assisting with exercises.
