Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs or HHAs to provide in-home care in Lake Worth, Florida. Your duties include personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, with a focus on improving quality of life for clients.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, overtime, and benefits including on-demand pay and 401(k). A valid CNA or HHA and background checks are required; driver license and CPR are also needed.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate (Palm Beach County badge required).
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, etc.).
• Auto Insurance and Vehicle Registration.
• CPR Card (not online).
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and medication CEUs.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Performs housekeeping activities in the home: cleaning, laundry, dishes, and organizing.
• Provides hospice support, medication reminders, and assistance with transfers and exercises.
