Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Hanover, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, homelike setting.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, document care, and provide emotional support to residents. This role offers training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a supportive senior living community.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
