Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Englewood, AL is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to support residents with daily living activities, provide hands-on care, and maintain safety and wellbeing.

Full-time position includes one weekend shift per week; candidates must have CNA/PCA/HHA credentials, be able to communicate in English, and treat elders with respect and gentleness.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) credential required.
• Experience with geriatric population and assisting with ADLs preferred.
• Must be able to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Follow policies and procedures under supervision.
