Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate is required.
• CPR certification is required (in-person).
• Background check Level 2 is required by the Clearinghouse.

• TB test or chest X-ray is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to help with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, grooming, and mobility.
• Assist with errands and medical appointments.
