Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Florida 40‑hour HHA certificate OR active Florida CNA license.
• English required for client communication, safety and care coordination.
• Valid identification.
• Completion of required onboarding and training requirements.
• HB531/AHCA compliant Florida Background Check

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one‑on‑one care in the client’s home.
• Light housekeeping: organizing, laundry, basic cleaning.
• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals assistance.
• Mobility support: safe transfers, fall‑prevention assistance.
• Companionship and daily living support.
• Communicate effectively in English with patients, families and care teams. Transportation and errands as applicable.
