Position Qualifications
  1. At least 18 years of age
  2. A driver's license in good standing.
  3. Reliable transportation
  4. Must be able to pass criminal background and professional reference checks.
  5. Previous home care experience is preferred
  6. Physically able to bend, stoop, and lift to 50 lbs.
  7. Able to work short shifts
  8. Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred); Home Health Aide (required).
  9. Maintaining a positive working relationship with all clients, families, and the office team.
  10. Assisting clients with adult daily living activities listed on their personalized care plan.
  11. Personal care includes bathing, dressing, incontinent care, and feeding.
  12. Assist with transfers, ambulation, and use of lifting devices when needed.
  13. Meal prep and light housekeeping, including laundry.
  14. Grocery shopping/running quick local errands.
  15. Companionship
  16. Promote the personal dignity of each client by ensuring privacy and treating them with respect.
  17. One-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
  18. Medication reminders
  19. Other essential duties are listed on the client's plan of care.
