Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to care for our clients across multiple nearby locations. This is an immediate need with competitive pay and benefits. HHAs travel to client homes, manage daily living activities, and ensure high-quality care.

Licenses (HHA or CNA) or previous home health experience are valued. We offer weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience OR a current HHA or CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Bathing and grooming assistance.
• Toileting support.
• Nail care as needed.
• Assist with range of motion and mobility.
• Transfers using lifting devices.
• Oral feeding assistance.
• Monitor vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration.
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience OR

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
