CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Patient Care, Home Care, and Personal Care skills
  • Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and reporting
  • Empathy and compassion when working with clients and their families
  • Ability to work independently and remotely when needed
  • Previous experience in a similar caregiving role is beneficial
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Car insurance with your name listed on the policy
  • 1+ year experience providing personal care for seniors in a home or facility setting
  • Current CPR certification (preferred but not required)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Experience with Hoyer Lift (or similar patient transfer equipment) is beneficial
