Fallon Health is hiring a Health Aide / CNA in Worcester, Massachusetts. This position offers a starting pay of $20/hr with extra pay for off-hours shifts and generous benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401K plan. You will assist participants with daily living activities and collaborate with a care team. Experience with older adults is required, and certification as a Home Health Aide or CNA is preferred. Join a team focused on quality care and member relationships.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience with frail and/or older adults, preferably in a PACE program.
• Certification as Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant is desired.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Mansioni

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) for participants.
• Contribute to the development of care plans.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team for care continuity.
