Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide License is required.
• CPR certification is preferred or can be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow established performance standards and nursing service policies.
• Identify special resident problems and report to the HUC.
• Provide direct resident care as assigned, completing tasks accurately and timely.
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and take corrective action.
• Document incidents and care provided in the electronic medical record.
