Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support, helping clients live safely and comfortably at home. Prior caregiving experience and strong communication skills are valued, with CNA or HCA certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Role involves assisting with daily activities, mobility, medications, meals, light housekeeping, and social engagement, in a home setting with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in caregiving preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
