Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide.
• Meets the training requirements and successfully completes them.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification or equivalent as required by agency/state/federal regulations
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on personal care including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and basic grooming.
• Taking temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Performing simple nursing tasks as delegated by supervising clinician.
• Assisting patients with self-administration of medications as directed.
• Reporting patient condition changes to the nurse or case manager
