Job summary
Avantara Palos Heights in Palos Heights, IL is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team. As a CNA, you will support residents with Activities of Daily Living, monitor health changes, maintain safety, and help ensure comfort and dignity for each resident.

Qualifications
- Unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate required.
- CPR certification required.
- Prior CNA experience preferable.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to support independence and comfort.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report to the care team promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment to prevent accidents and enhance resident well-being.
- Provide compassionate care and education to residents and families as part of the care plan.
