Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate and CPR certification.
• One year CNA experience preferable.

• Conduct 1-on-1 orientations and trainings for new CNAs.
• Motivate and guide new CNAs in daily tasks.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living and monitor resident condition.
