Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is an unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate or completion of an Illinois Accredited CNA training course.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living for residents to maintain independence.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and uphold resident safety standards.
• Support the clinical department as a frontline caregiver.
