Qualifications

• Must hold valid Illinois CNA certification.
• No professional experience required; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Under supervision of licensed nurses, monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and support with transfers and mobility.
• Assist with feeding and other bedside care as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and collaborate with the care team.
