Requirements include a High school diploma or equivalent and valid Illinois CNA certification. Prior experience is not required, as training is available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Illinois.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed nurses in providing direct patient care, including vital sign assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including assisting with laundry, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
