Job summary

The Franklin County Medical Center in Idaho is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for our Long Term Care facility. You will provide compassionate care, assist with morning and evening hygiene, feeding, and following individualized care plans under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Idaho or willing to obtain CNA within 120 days of hire
• Must be CPR-certified
• Must have a working knowledge of basic healthcare equipment including wheelchairs, electrical beds, lift equipment, carts, scales, and vital sign analysis equipment
• Must be able to competently and positively work with residents, other employees, and the public

Responsibilities

• Performing morning and evening hygiene routines
• Ensuring that residents are fed and hydrated
• Following personalized care plans for each resident
• Repositioning residents
• Keeping the resident and resident’s space clean to ensure comfort and prevent infection
