Job summary

Franklin County Medical Center in Idaho's southeast region is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants for our Long Term Care unit. This PRN role supports compassionate resident care, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility, with a schedule that may require weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in Idaho or willing to obtain CNA within 120 days of hire.
• CPR-certified.
• Working knowledge of basic healthcare equipment including wheelchairs, electric beds, lift equipment, carts, scales, and vital sign analysis equipment.
• Able to competently and positively work with residents, other employees, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Performing morning and evening hygiene routines.
• Ensuring that residents are fed and hydrated.
• Following personalized care plans for each resident.
• Repositioning residents.
• Keeping the resident and resident’s space clean to ensure comfort and prevent infection.
