Signature HealthCARE of Clarksville is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will support daytime and weekend shifts, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, help residents maintain dignity, and participate in care planning in partnership with the nursing team.

Competenze

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Mansioni

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) within plan of care.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, input/output, and other information.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Promptly respond to call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
