Signature HealthCARE of Memphis is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct resident care in a 140-bed facility. You will support ADLs, monitor residents, and work under licensed nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Ability to work independently with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Turn and position residents; respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within assigned areas.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
